Cancellation Policy

• Receipt of payment confirms boat space or instructor time. This time and space is set aside for you specifically.  The unused portion of any course or dive package is non-transferrable and non-refundable unless Cane Bay Dive Shop cancels diving.
• Payment is non-refundable within 14 days of the first scheduled day of diving, training, or snorkeling with Cane Bay Dive Shop.
• Cane Bay Dive Shop makes every effort to accommodate changes after arrival on island; however, this may not be possible in some instances due to boat or staff.  We highly recommend Trave Insurance. This is a small price to pay for compensation of any loss incurred due to medical or travel delays, weather, and cancellations.

Insurance

Personal dive insurance is always recommended. Choose plans from DAN  or DiveAssure

Travel Protection Insurance is highly recommended and will cover the cost of any cancellations that you incur during or before your trip. If your flights are delayed it will cover the cost for your hotel stay and the first day of diving missed. Travel insurance is recommended for all dive vacations.
